02. HOW CAN YOU WIN?
There are several types of games, which have different methods of entry and determining who wins.
In a “sharing” competition, you have to share a COLLECTORBASE.net posting to your own account. It is important to share it publicly, otherwise we will not be able to see that the post has been shared.
It may also be that you have to share the post and make a comment on it as well. You can find all the information in the respective competition posting and details.
In order to be able to participate in a newsletter contest, you must be registered for the COLLECTORBASE.net newsletter. The length of time that you have been registered for the newsletter does not matter.
In a newsletter that contains a competition, there is a link which you have to click in order to participate in the contest.
Note:
Users who are using a disposable address are excluded from participation. Our data protection policy ensures that we will never pass your e-mail address to a third party: therefore, disposable addresses are not required.

We also run members-only competitions, which can include ‘lottery’ type competitions.
CB-FREE
CB-free users must have at least 20 objects in their collection and log in at least once a week. A CB-free user automatically gets one (1) competition / lottery entry.
CB-LIGHT
CB-light users automatically get two (2) lottery tickets to enter the competition.
CB PREMIUM, CB SUPPORTER, CB SUPPORTER II
With one of these accounts, you automatically get five (5) tickets to enter the competition.
CB-vip
CB-vip users automatically get two (2) tickets for the competition.
For a “Comment” competition, you must comment on one of our postings on a social media channel. With the comment, you be automatically entered into the competition.
In the “Creative” type of competition, we ask you to solve a certain task. It may be that you have to draw a picture, solve a problem etc. The exact nature of the competition is described within the competition explanation. The method of entering will be described within the text.
04. WHO CAN JOIN?
Entry is free of charge and allowed to any natural person, provided that they are entitled to participate in the competition.
Terms and Conditions:
All natural persons who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry are entitled to participate in the competition. Participation requires the truthful identification of the relevant data. Profit-sharing clubs as well as automated competition services are not entitled to participate. Please take part only once. Multiple entries do not increase the chances of winning because they are filtered and blocked by the draw.
There are no further restrictions to participate in a prize draw.
In order to be able to participate in a newsletter contest, you must be registered for the COLLECTORBASE.net newsletter.
Length of registration is not a factor in determining who wins.
All registered members of the COLLECTORBASE.net collection database are automatically entitled enter this competition. (Exceptions)
05. WHO IS EXCLUDED FROM PARTICIPATION?
COLLECTORBASE.net is entitled to exclude individual persons from participation for reasons such as a breach of these terms, double or multiple entry, manipulation, etc., and reserves the right to take legal action.
Employees of COLLECTORBASE.net and the participating companies as well as their dependents are not allowed to participate in these competitions. The judges’ decision is final.
If a Trash eMail address is used for a “Newsletter” or “Members” competition, this leads to the automatic exclusion from the prize draw.
All former test-users who did not join as test users but who have left the CB-vip account are excluded from the games.
07. HOW DO I KNOW WHETHER I HAVE WON?
We will create a special posting in which we present the winner(s).
We also inform the winner(s) in a personal message.
The winners will be informed via the email address stored at COLLECTORBASE.net.
08. HOW DO I RECEIVE THE PRIZE?
The winners will be asked to inform COLLECTORBASE.net of their correct contact details for sending or transferring the prize by private message, via the corresponding function on the Facebook page, or by e-mail. The participants are responsible for the correctness of the contact details given.
09. WHAT HAPPENS IF I DO NOT RESPOND AFTER WINNING?
If a winning user does not respond to COLLECTORBASE.net within 7 days following notification, the winning competition claim expires. In this case, a new winner will be drawn from among the eligible entrants. The same applies in the event that a winner communicates incorrect contact data and therefore the transmission or transfer of the prize is not possible.
10. RESERVATION RULES
COLLECTORBASE.net reserves the right to modify, discontinue or terminate any contest at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. However, COLLECTORBASE.net does not make use of this option if, for reasons of force majeure, for technical reasons (e.g. issues with the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and / or software) or for legal reasons, proper performance of the game cannot be ensured. COLLECTORBASE.net is not liable for any losses, delays or delays caused by circumstances beyond the control of COLLECTORBASE.net. In justified cases, the prize may be replaced by an equivalent prize.
11. PRIVACY POLICY
Your safety and your satisfaction are our focus. COLLECTORBASE.net collects and uses the collected data exclusively for the performance of the contest, as part of which the participants agree to receive our newsletter. The personal data of the participants are not passed on to third parties.
12. RIGHTS OF USE
The winners shall grant COLLECTORBASE.net an exclusive, transferable, temporally and spatially unlimited right of use to the transmitted content. The rights granted also apply to use in any form of advertising and / or publicity work (including the use of content as an integral part of online advertising, such as banners, videos, screen shots, audio samples, teasers, Newsletters, titles and names) for the business, services or products of COLLECTORBASE.net. The cash payment of the winnings is not possible. Competition claims can not be transferred or assigned to other persons. The judges’ decision is final. Should individual provisions of the terms of participation be invalid or become invalid, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by an appropriate regulation which is most appropriate to the purpose of the ineffective provision. COLLECTORBASE.net reserves the right to change the conditions of participation at any time.
14. EXEMPTION OF FACEBOOK, TWITTER & CO
This competition is carried out by Weissesschaf.e.U. , Akkonplatz 6, 1150 Vienna (Organizer). The contests are not linked to Facebook, Twitter or other social media channels, and are not be sponsored, associated with, or organized in any way by Facebook, Twitter or other social media channels. Information is only transmitted to COLLECTORBASE.net.
